MANILA, Philippines – Philippine Airlines has cancelled select flights on Easter Sunday, April 5, as Chedeng (international name: Maysak) is expected to make landfall over the coast of Southern Isabela by Sunday morning. 

Philippine Airlines (PAL)

• PR 2015 Tuguegarao – Manila
• PR 2196 Manila – Laoag
• PR2197 Laoag – Manila

Affected passengers may rebook within 30 days from their original flight date. All rebooking charges are waived, provided tickets are within validity period. Passengers may also opt to refund their tickets, without penalty.

Cebu Pacific

Budget carrier Cebu Pacific, meanwhile, cancelled the following flights on Easter Sunday, April 5:

• 5J 506/507 Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila

Passengers on these flights will be re-accommodated in the soonest available flights. They may also rebook their flights for travel within 30 days from original departure date or opt for a full refund or travel fund.
