RCBC Savings Bank

RCBC Savings Bank announced that its Metro Manila and South Luzon branches are open only until 12 noon Monday.

“All other branches in other regions will give regular banking hours unless affected by the typhoon,” the bank said.

Security Bank

Security Bank branches in Metro Manila also closed by 12 noon Monday.
