MANILA, Philippines – Gokongwei-led Robinsons Land Corporation will open this month two new malls, bringing its chain to a total of 37 nationwide.

The two-level mall in Roxas is part of the company’s first mixed-use development in Panay – the 300-hectare Pueblo de Panay, which has a master plan that includes two residential subdivisions, a convention center, a resort, hotels and a pre-school. It has a gross floor area (GFA) of 37,400 square meters and a gross leasable area (GLA) of over 23,000 sqm.

The 3-level Santiago mall has a GFA of approximately 40,000 sqm and a GLA of approximately 26,000 sqm.
