MANILA, Philippines – Ayala Land Incorporated is developing a 2.3-hectare parcel into a mixed-use integrated hub with landmark retail, leisure, office, and residential projects in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

The project called Park Triangle will be located at 32nd Street and 11th Avenue with a total cost of P16 billion ($361.92 million).

32nd Street is growing to be BGC’s corporate row, where some businesses and multinational headquarters are located. It also serves as the city’s main thoroughfare to the Makati, Ortigas, and Quezon City central business districts.

11th Avenue, on the other hand, is one of BGC’s main lifestyle strips, passing through Serendra, Bonifacio High Street, and soon High Street South – a string of park-oriented retail promenade.

The Park Triangle will be integrated with the Park Triangle Corporate Plaza, an office condominium by Alveo Land Corporation, which was first launched in August 2014.

Two more office towers are set to rise within the district: another office condominium to be launched by Alveo Land and Park Triangle Corporate Center with office spaces for lease to business process outsourcing and traditional locators.

Mall within your reach

Ayala Malls Park Triangle will anchor the hub with Park Triangle Residences right on top, crowning the district as its landmark residential component. Alveo will be investing P4 billion ($90.51 million) for the new Park Triangle Residences.

“Park Triangle Residences is Alveo’s newest residential project in BGC. It will be anchored on providing ‘convergent living’ at this prominent address in BGC,” said Anton Sanchez, Alveo’s division manager for project development.

Sanchez added that Park Triangle Residences will be the only property in BGC to have direct access to an Ayala mall through access lobbies at the ground floor and the 4th floor.

The 5-storey Ayala Malls Park Triangle will be located directly under the residential tower, and will offer over 23,000 square meters of gross leasable area. The mall promises premium retail and specialty food concepts along with a supermarket, top global fashion brands, and retail power centers.

Park Triangle Residences will have 616 units of studios, 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms, and 3-bedrooms ranging in size from 36 square meters to 232 square meters, and priced from P6.5 million (147,075.46) to P44 million (P995,587.74) per unit.

A private amenity garden deck will be on the 5th floor for exclusive use of the residents. The Garden Deck features a 28-m lap pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzis, trellis garden, a yoga area, lawn, play room, gym, lounge, function room, board room, play room, view deck, and a jogging path.

The new lifestyle center will be anchored by Kidzania Manila, the local site for the globally popular children’s role-playing center.
