Maynilad Water Services moved its service interruption schedule to October 29 to November 1, following a deluge of requests from customers asking for more time to prepare.
“This coincides with the break for Undas when people typically go to the provinces and fewer customers are expected to be home, thus mitigating the impact of the service interruptions on consumers,” Maynilad said.
Maynilad initially announced service interruptions from October 25 to 28, as a flood control project of the Department of Public Works and Highways in Manila will affect a major pipeline.
The affected areas in Metro Manila and Cavite remain the same. Only the dates of implementation were pushed back.
