Ports and gaming tycoon Enrique Razon Jr. is planning to build a mega vaccination facility in a lot managed by the Nayong Pilipino Foundation (NPF) in Parañaque City.
He plans to spend at least P250 million for the facility to vaccinate millions of Filipinos.
However, the NPF insists that Razon’s plans will destroy the ecosystem. It is also legally bound to turn the area into a cultural park. (READ: Malacañang tells Nayong Pilipino Board not to block mega vaccination site)
Urban planners also question the location, as it is not very accessible to the public.
