On Instagram, Maine thanked everyone who voted for her.
“Whoa there! What a pleasant way to start my week! Thank you everyone for all your efforts! Sa lahat ng bumoto, (To all those who voted) from morning til evening, sa mga nagpuyat para magtweet for me, sa inyong lahat! Too bad I won’t get slimed but getting this award is more than enough for me! I wouldn’t win this if not because of all your efforts! From the bottom of my heart, maraming maraming salamat sa lahat (Thank you so much to everyone)! My heart is filled with so much love from all of you guys! Sulit ang kadudutdot! (The non-stop tweeting and typing was worth it) Congratulations sa ating lahat!” she said.

Because she couldn’t personally accept the physical Orange Blimp trophy, Maine said as she blew a kiss to the camera, “I would really love to hold this Orange Blimp right now, but since I’m away for vacation, maybe this will do, for now. Cool ‘no? (Isn’t it cool?) I love you all.”
Maine became known for her Dubsmash skills and later won audience’s hearts as Yaya Dub, a character paired with Alden Richards in Eat Bulaga‘s kalyeserye.
La Salle basketball star Jeron Teng meanwhile won the Favorite Asian Sports Star award. – Rappler.com
