MANILA, Philippines – The movie Die Beautiful, starring Paolo Ballesteros, will compete in the upcoming Tokyo Film Festival scheduled to run October 25 to November 3.

Die Beautiful director June Robles Lana confirmed the news on his social media account, adding that another film, I America will be screened as part of the Asian Future section.

Aside from Die Beautiful and I America, Lav Diaz’s film Hele sa Hiwagang Hapis will also be screened at the festival.
