
MANILA, Philippines – A new batch of stars was honored at Eastwood’s Walk of Fame held on Thursday, December 1.
This year, 15 personalities in the music, movies, TV, news and public affairs, radio, and theater categories were honored with their own stars at the attraction patterned after Hollywood’s Walk of Fame. The celebrities are:
- Zenaida Amador –Theater
- Eddie Ilarde – Radio
- Don Manolo Favis – Radio
- Pepe Smith – Music
- Willy Cruz – Music
- Ted Failon – News and Public Affairs
- Susan Enriquez – News and Public Affairs
- Luchi Cruz-Valdes – News and Public Affairs
- Shaina Magdayao – TV
- Angelica Panganiban – TV
- Barbie Forteza – TV
- Jodi Sta Maria – TV
- John Arcilla – Movies
- Liza Soberano – Movies
- Jennylyn Mercado – Movies
The event was hosted by John Nite and Jackie Lou Blanco. This is the first Walk of Fame event without its founder German “Kuya Germs” Moreno who died last January. A tribute was also aired during the program.

Now on its 11th year, the Eastwood City Walk of Fame is a project of Kuya Germs that was launched in 2005 together with Megaworld Lifestyle Malls. The Walk of Fame is meant to honor Filipino stars who have contributed to the entertainment industry. Some of the celebrities who have their own star on the walk fo fame include Gloria Romero, Richard Gutierrez, Amalia Fuentes, Susan Roces, Maine Mendoza, and more.
