The ex-couple and loveteam of the '80s star in a commercial for McDonalds

MANILA, Philippines – It’s true! Days after photos of their behind the scenes for a TV commercial went viral, ex-couple Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion have reunited in an advertisement for McDonalds.

The video, which was released on Friday, February 9, saw the former loveteam stealing brief glances at each other as they ate Chicken Mcdo and french fries, after Gabby asked if it was okay to sit with her. At one point, Gabby even helped Sharon wipe food from her lips, which led them to recall their time together.

SPARKS. Years after their separation, there is still chemistry between the ex-couple.

A day before the airing of the advertisement, Sharon posted a throwback photo of her and Gabby.

The ex-couple’s daughter, KC, took to Instagram to share her happiness that her parents started following each other on Instagram as well.

In 2016, Sharon announced that she and Gabby were supposed to reunite in a movie. However in April 2017, it was announced that movie had been postponed.

Sharon and Gabby, among of the most popular tandems in the ’80s, were married when they were in their late teens. The 3-year marriage produced one daughter, KC, who is also an actress and TV host. – Rappler.com
