The Korean boyband wins this year's Top Social Artist award
MANILA, Philippines – Korean boyband BTS continues to make waves in the US, as they sang their new song “Fake Love” during a live performance at the Billboard Music Awards 2018 in Las Vegas. (READ: K-pop group BTS to perform at Billboard Music Awards 2018)
The group also won the Top Social Artist award for the second time in two years.
BTS is the first K-pop group to perform in the awards show. They had earlier premiered the music video for the new song online.
Fans of the group earlier tried to break a record for the most used hashtag in 24 hours. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to to beat the record. – Rappler.com
