Here is the official advisory from the MTRCB:

“Acting on various complaints, and based on its own monitoring, the MTRCB has summoned ABS-CBN Sunday television program ‘ASAP’ to a mandatory Gender-Sensitivity inquiry on 05 March 2013, 1:00 p.m. over the alleged provocative song number and ‘high slit’ gown of one of the show’s female stars during its 24 February 2013 episode. This is pursuant to the MTRCB’s Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated 28 March 2012 on the Portrayal of Women in Media and Film with ABS-CBN and other networks.

“Asked to personally appear and shed light on possible lapses in gender-sensitivity as well as self-regulation at various levels of responsibility in the management and exhibition of broadcast content, as well as to present their side on the matter in the interest of due process are various responsible officers of the program: Mr. Johnny Manahan, Ms. Joy Loquicia, Ms. Olive Zarate and Ms. Apple Salas (Director, Business Unit Head, and Executive Producers, respectively), Mr. Mark Lawrence Landrito (Technical Director) and Mr. Laurenti Dyogi (Head for TV Production Entertainment).

“Further to its being a bridge between network and audience, in terms of self-regulation and continued development of the television industry, the MTRCB thus seeks the cooperation of the network as well as the vigilance of the public in regard to the forthcoming inquiry.”
