MANILA, Philippines – On the eve of elections, musician, teacher, and personality Jim Paredes declared on Twitter the 5 senatorial candidates he is voting for.

At 4:59pm of May 12, Paredes tweeted: “Voting for Bam Aquino, Risa Hontiveros, Jun Magsaysay, Grace Poe, Bro. Eddie Villanueva.”

He added that he may add one more to the list and that he supports Ladlad Partylist, a partylist that advocates lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) rights.


Twitter users reacted to the 61-year-old TV and online personality’s tweet by suggesting the one other candidate he should consider when he fills in his ballot.
