Sarah Jessica Parker arrives in Manila

MANILA, Philippines – Fashion icon Sarah Jessica Parker landed at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 on May 14 at 6:45pm aboard Cathay Pacific Flight 903.

The “Sex and the City” star and Hollywood A-lister is in Manila to grace the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the grand opening of The SM Store “Aura” in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, on May 16, Thursday, at 5pm.

Jays Alvarez, senior manager for Digital Marketing, Store Business Unit of SM Retail, Inc. tells Rappler, “The SM Store loves Sarah Jessica Parker because she share the store’s passion for fashion.”

They are set to launch their “Love to Shop” campaign and SJP — as the actress is fondly called — will be its official “face.”

“She is the most credible fashion icon. Her beautiful personality and smart fashion sense has created giant ripples in the fashion industry,” Alvarez continues. “She is as a person very particular about her styling. She is very hands-on and she knows what she likes. She is very crystal clear with her image and knows exactly how to look good.”
