If there is one person who perfectly expemplifies this, it would be Emmy-award-winning Filipino producer, Michael Carandang.

After graduating with a degree in telecommunications from Indiana University in 2000, Michael worked as production assistant for iconic reality talk show, The Jerry Springer Show. In 2005, when the show was about to end, Jerry himself recommended Michael to the team that was going to launch American supermodel Tyra Bank’s talk show. And when The Tyra Banks Show ended in 2010, Michael was transferred to become one of the producers of the worldwide phenomenon, America’s Next Top Model.
