Papadom of Tropical Depression dies
MANILA, Philippines – Dominic "Papadom" Gamboa of reggae band Tropical Depression died of kidney failure Wednesday, December 18, reported the Inquirer.
According to Myx, the musician died a day before his 48th birthday.
Gamboa's family asks for privacy during this time.
Tropical Depression is best known as the front runner of the Philippine reggae music scene. Among the group's most popular singles are "Kapayapaan" and "Bilog Na Naman Ang Buwan."
