MANILA, Philippines – After being arrested for suspected DUI and drag racing, Justin Bieber has been released on bail and has tweeted his thanks to fans for supporting him.

This is not his first social media post after his arrest. In a post dated January 25, Justin also posted this photo, embedded below, on Instagram. The photo, captioned “WHAT MORE CAN THEY SAY” with a crown symbol right next to it, drew more criticism as it appeared to compare Justin to Michael Jackson.

The photo of Michael Jackson was apparently taken in 2004 while he was battling a child molestation case.

Justin’s manager Scooter Braun has also tweeted his support for Justin, saying that he would “act in the manner of someone who truly cares.”

Scooter was one of the subjects in the alleged texting argument between Selena Gomez and Justin, with Selena pleading with Justin to “listen to Scooter” and go to rehab.

Justin’s father Jeremy Bieber, reported by TMZ to also have been in Miami during his son’s arrest, has also tweeted his love.

Later, he posted a general, cryptic message which appears, though unconfirmed, to be aimed at detractors following recent events.
