Scout Willis, daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, posted photos of herself walking topless in New York City to protest against Instagram’s community policy of no nudity.

Scout took to Twitter and shared photos showing her wearing a skirt, shoes, and a purse – plus a determined look.

“Legal in NYC but not on @instagram,” she wrote on the first photo.

According to the New York Daily News, the 22-year-old Scout made the move after Instagram removed one of her photos showing a sweatshirt that depicted two topless women, with their nipples clearly visible.

In another Twitter post, Scout explained what she was fighting for when she decided to walk without a shirt on.

This is about helping women feel empowered to make personal choices about their bodies not dictated by what society says is decent

She however added that she is not forcing her view on others.

My comfort with my body should not be dictated by how others perceive me. However, I don’t wish to force this view on anyone.
