FULL LIST: Globe Tatt Awards 2014 nominees

MANILA, Philippines – The nominees for Globe’s 2014 Tatt Awards have been released, with many returning contenders.

According to the website, the Tatt Awards concept is about recognizing “those who live Tattoo’s fiery passion for greatness, founded on individuality and the courage to inspire 35 million Filipino netizens and the rest of the world.”

Comedian Vice Ganda scored several nominations, one for The One Category and Trending Twitter Phenom of the Year. His late night show Gandang Gabi Vice is also separately nominated in the Trending Twitter Phenom of the Year category.

Social media star Kimpoy Feliciano is also nominated once again, earning a nod under the Trending Twitter Phenom of the Year and The One categories.

YouTube sensations Jamich and Mikey Bustos are on the list, among the nominees in the YouTube Phenom of the Year category.

Rappler’s citizen journalism arm MovePH and technology show TechRap are nominated in this year’s awards under the Best Social Media Movement Award and Best Tech Blog/MicroBlog Award.

Winners of the awards will be announced on August 8.
