‘Justice League,’ ‘Aquaman,’ ‘Flash’ among 10 DC movies announced

MANILA, Philippines – Warner Bros has announced 10 new DC movies added to its lineup of releases, all the way until 2020. 

Fans of the characters will have a lot to look forward to – but they will have to wait a while. The one furthest off, another Green Lantern movie, will be shown in 2020.  

We already know that Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is showing in 2016, but the list includes a Wonder Woman film starring Gal Gadot (2017), a solo Aquaman movie in 2018, a The Flash movie starring Ezra Miller also due in 2018, and TWO Justice League movies – one in 2017 and one in 2019.  

Game of Thrones actor Jason Momoa will star as Aquaman, while The Perks of Being a Wallflower star Ezra Miller will star in The Flash.

IGN reports that the Justice League movies will be helmed by Zack Snyder, who is the director of the Batman v Superman movie. 

One tidbit: the Justice League movie will star Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, and Amy Adams.
