Sarah Geronimo wins Best Southeast Asia Act at MTV EMAs

MANILA, Philippines – Singer, The Voice coach, and actress Sarah Geronimo has another achievement under her belt: she was recently named the Best Southeast Asia Act at the 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards.  

According to the press release, Sarah is now advancing to the regional category. If she wins, she will become the region’s nominee for Best Worldwide Act.  

Fans can vote for her from until October 29, 5:59pm Manila time, at mtvema.com. The results will be revealed on October 30.  

The show itself will be held on November 9 (early morning on November 10, Manila time). Nicki Minaj is set to host, while Nicki, Ariane Grande, Ed Sheeran, Calvin Harris, and Charli XCX, among others, will be performing. – Rappler.com
