MANILA, Philippines – The makeup transformation maestro has done it again! Eat Bulaga’s Paolo Ballesteros posted photos of his makeup transformations into Miss Universe delegates MJ Lastimosa and Jamaica’s Kaci Fennell on his Instagram account Sunday, February 1.

Paolo Ballesteros is well known for his detailed and intricate makeup transformations, which have earned him quite a social media following.
