MANILA, Philippines – Pop star Sarah Geronimo is working with leading man Piolo Pascual in a new movie called The Breakup Playlist – and while she loves boyfriend Matteo Guidicelli, the kilig factor when it comes to Piolo is undeniable. “Gusto ko lang sabihin na ibang klase pala makatrabaho ang isang Piolo Pascual,” she said during a recent press conference for her JAG Jeans endorsement. (I just want to say that it’s another story to be working with Piolo Pascual.)

“Akala ko noon na-overcome ko na ‘yong pagkakilig ko sa kanya at pagka-mesmerize ko sa kanya. (i thought I overcame the pagkakilig phase and being mesmerized by him.)

“Pero grabe talaga kapag ka-eksena ko siya, iba, grabe talaga. Grabeng gwapo, sobrang gwapo talaga. (But it’s different when you do a scene with him. Very different. He’s so handsome, he really is.)

“Hindi ako nambobola, pero parang ngayon lang ako naka-encounter ng ganun kagwapong leading man,” Sarah said. (I am not kidding. This is the first time I encountered such a good-looking leading man.)

When a reporter commented about John Lloyd Cruz, Sarah said: “Iba si John Lloyd!” (John Lloyd is different!) 

John Lloyd and Sarah previously co-starred on A Very Special Love (2008), You Changed My Life (2009), and It Takes a Man and a Woman (2013).

With this recent team-up, can we expect a make-out scene? “Uy, abangan n’yo,” (Watch out for it!) Sarah joked.

“Gustung-gusto ko nga, e. Gustung-gusto ko talaga. Gustung-gusto ko. Ipapalagay ko ‘yon,” she added. (I really want it. I really want it [the kissing scene] to be part of the movie.)

When asked if her parents, especially mother Divine, will allow the kissing scene, Sarah said: “Basta po pag-uusapan po natin ‘yan.” (We will talk about it.) – Rappler.com
