'A Second Chance' earns P400M in 10 days – Star Cinema

MANILA, Philippines  (UPDATE)– John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo's movie A Second Chance continues to do well in the box office, as it hit the P400 million mark as of Saturday, December 5.

The report was confirmed by Star Cinema in an Instagram post, Sunday, December 6.

"#ASecondChance has already earned P400M as of last night, Dec. 5!!! Thank you, thank you for the love mga Kapamilya!!! Still in over 200 cinemas nationwide and now showing worldwide! #ThankYouForTheLove #ASecondChance2ndBlockbusterWeekend," the caption read.

Last December 1, Star Cinema reported that the movie earned P300 million in 6 days.

The movie was released in cinemas on November 25. Last November 27, Star Cinema announced that the film earned P100 million ($2.12 million). On November 29, Star Cinema reported that the movie earned more than P200 million. (IN PHOTOS: Bea, John Lloyd thrill fans at 'A Second Chance' premiere)

A Second Chance is the sequel to the 2007 hit One More Chance. Popoy and Basha are now married and trying to run a business while balancing married life and work.
