MANILA, Philippines — While many of Dolphy’s fans anxiously await updates on the Comedy King’s health, one of his daughters took it upon herself to cheer him in his hospital room on Fathers’ Day.
“We’re here for you,” reads one of the banners posted by 20-year-old Zia Quizon, daughter of Dolphy and singer Zsa Zsa Padilla.
Padilla shared the photo below through her Twitter account on June 17, days after the veteran comedian was confined at the Makati Medical Center due to due to pneunomina.
Zia is a recording artist who regular performs on ABS-CBN Sunday noontime variety show ASAP.

Earlier, Dolphy’s son Eric Quizon released a statement also through Padilla’s Twitter account:
My Dad was sent to the hospital last Saturday because of pneumonia. This made him weak because of his COPD. They ha… tl.gd/hr9shh
