
Veteran talk show host Larry King has been hospitalized for COVID-19.
CNN, citing a source close to King’s family, reported that the 87-year-old has been confined at the Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for over a week.
King is one of the most well-known interviewers on US television. He was the host of CNN’s Larry King Live for over 25 years, interviewing everyone from politicians, to celebrities, to athletes.
After retiring in 2010, he returned to TV in 2012 to host Larry King Now on Ora TV, a network he co-founded with Carlos Slim.
He has dealt with several medical issues over the years, including several heart attacks, type 2 diabetes, and a lung tumor. – Rappler.com
