The 3 will join Filipino stars Sarah Geronimo and Sue Ramirez in the prepaid brand's latest campaign

Philippine mobile prepaid brand TNT announced on Tuesday, May 4, that it has signed on Thai actors Nonkul Chanon, Gulf Kanawut, and Mario Maurer as its newest endorsers.

The three, who are among Thailand’s biggest stars, will join Filipino stars Sarah Geronimo and Sue Ramirez for the brand’s “Kilig Saya” campaign, Smart said in a statement to media.

TNT is a mobile services brand under Smart, one of the Philippines’ largest telecommunication companies.

“Filipinos and Thais have always had mutual appreciation for each other’s wealth of entertainment content, but we’ve seen this grow even bigger recently as more Filipinos enjoy easy access to streaming platforms and social media through TNT’s value-packed promos,” said Jane Basas, SVP and Head of Consumer Wireless Business at Smart.

Nonkul Chanon is best known for the movie Bad Genius, a heist thriller that was a Thai top grosser in 2017. Gulf Kanawut starred in the hit 2019 boys love series TharnType The Series.

Mario Maurer is, perhaps, the best known among the three in the Philippines. The actor first burst onto the international scene with the coming-of-age movie Love of Siam in 2007 and starred in the 2010 hit A Little Thing Called Love. He starred in the hit Filipino movie Suddenly It’s Magic in 2012. – Rappler.com
