WATCH: Deadpool gives Conan O'Brien a massage

MANILA, Philippines – Ryan Reynolds was a guest on Conan on August 4 for the official debut of the first Deadpool trailer, when he found out just how close the hero is to host Conan O'Brien. (WATCH: Ryan Reynolds in 'Deadpool' trailer)

Ryan started out trying to explain who Deadpool is to the Conan host, when Conan cuts him off – "That guy once saved my life," he said. We then learn how exactly Deadpool saved his life with a clip of Conan on a massage table getting a rubdown from a fully-costumed Deadpool – using panda tears.

Fans will be glad to hear a traditionally talkative and crass Deadpool in both the trailer and the clip on Conan – the anti-hero's mouth was stitched shut at the end of X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Watch the video above to see – or should we say hear? – why Deadpool earned the nickname "Merc with a Mouth." – Rappler.com
