[WATCH] Rappler Live Jam: Gracenote

MANILA, Philippines – Gracenote is bringing their heartfelt lyrics and pop-punk sound back to Rappler HQ.

The band is composed of Eunice Jorge on vocals, Jazz Jorge on bass, EJ Pichay on drums, and Tatsi Jamnague on guitars.

The original members met as students at St. Scholastica’ College Manila, and started out playing small gigs and entering band competitions. They became finalists of Nescafe Soundskool in 2008, and were grand champions at the DZUP: College Collision in 2009.

They’ve released 2 albums under Soupstar Entertainment: First Movement, released in 2012, and Transparent, released in 2016. The band has also collaborated with various artists, including rapper Abra for the track “Stargazer,” and Chito Miranda for the song “Bakit Ganyan Ka?” which took the no.2 spot on Spotify Philippines’ Viral 50.
