[WATCH] Rappler Live Jam: Chlara

Live Jam is about to get acoustic with Chlara.

The British-born Filipina singer-songwriter started singing at the age of 3 and has not stopped since.

After spending her early years in England, she moved to the Philippines, where she honed her musical skills further by enrolling in voice schools and joining singing programs at school. She then learned to play guitar when she was 11, and was writing songs by the time she entered college.

Since then, Chlara has become a mainstay on Spotify’s weekly curated acoustic playlists, and has been featured on EvoSound’s album Voices of Love, along with other female vocalists around the world, including Susan Wong, Olivia Ong, Julienne Taylor, Emi Fujita, Stacey Kent, Katie Melua, and Chantal Chamberland.

She also recently released an acoustic version of her pop single, “Baby Just Let Me Go.”
