[WATCH] Rappler Live Jam: Mayonnaise
MANILA, Philippines – Mayonnaise is performing again on Rappler Live Jam!
The band that gave us songs like “Jopay” and “Bakit, Pt 2” are returning to perform more of their hits, along with their new music.
Composed of Monty Macalino, Shan Regalado, Nikki Tirona, Carlo Servano, and Keano Swing, Mayonnaise first came together in 2002, and rose to fame in 2004, when they won the Red Horse Muziklaban competition.
They have since released several studio albums, including their latest one, Gusto Ko Lang Kasama Ka Palagi Pero Hindi Pwede, which launched in 2018.
For frontman Monty Macalino’s birthday in January 2019, the band released a repackaged version of the album, which includes a new recording of the album’s lead single, "Gusto Ko Lang," produced by no less than Abbey Road Studios in London.
The re-release also includes an acoustic version of the single, as well as a previously unreleased song.
