Poet Lang Leav dedicates poem to #AlDub on Valentine's Day

MANILA, Philippines – (UPDATED) “We are stars that fell from glittering skies, to find each other here,” writes best-selling poet Lang Leav, granting Maine Mendoza’s long-standing wish, in a poem titled "Stars in Love." What better time to give this super special present than Valentine’s Day?

Hello to my friends in the Philippines. Maine Mendoza asked me if I could write a poem for AlDub so I did. ❤️ Happy Valentine’s Day! xo Lang Posted by Lang Leav on Saturday, 13 February 2016

Aldub is a portmanteau coined after Yaya Dub's (Maine Mendoza) tandem with Alden Richards on the long-running noontime show Eat Bulaga. The so-called kalyeserye, which airs on the program segment Juan for All, All for Juan, has broken the Internet – even pulling in a record of 41 million tweets in a sold-out live event, #AlDubEBTamangPanahon. – Rappler.com
