WATCH: Michelle Rodriguez, Bear Grylls snack on mouse stewed in urine

MANILA, Philippines – How do you feel about eating mouse boiled in someone else's pee? Well, that's what Bear Grylls had to do in the August 10 episode of Running Wild with Bear Grylls with guest, actress Michelle Rodriguez.

Similar to the show that made Bear famous, Man vs Wild, Bear must survive in remote locations in Running Wild – but this time, he's taking celebrity guests with him.

In the episode above, he and Michelle are hungry and out of water in the Nevada desert. As a last resort, the two decide to boil a dead mouse in Michelle's pee – which is totally safe, according to Bear. "It is actually safe to drink pee, fresh from the tap, so to speak," he said.

After Michelle chews on a mouse bone – "It's like chicken" – the two decide not to let the broth go to waste. "Urine has kind of like an ammonia thing going on. And when you boil it it doesn't go away," said Michelle, who was just glad it was her own pee. Bear had a different story to tell: "Mouse in somebody else's urine, stewed – bad."
