MANILA, Philippines – Even the YouTube stars are hooked on Guardians of the Galaxy.

Last July, Bogart the Explorer went to Singapore, where he interviewed two of the movie’s cast members – Zoe Saldana and Dave Bautista, and the director James Gunn.

In his interview with Zoe, the actress, known for her roles in the Star Trek franchise and Avatar, said that playing the role of Gamora was quite a different experience.

“Well in this one I am green,” she laughed. “I have more power. My body is more bionic cause I am from another planet.”

If given a chance to play a character in another color, Zoe said she would pick purple.

Bautista said that he was nervous about auditioning for the role of Drax. However, he is grateful to director James Gunn for picking him.

An avid fan of comic books, James Gunn said that the Marvel Comics creator Stan Lee is one of his heroes.

“My hero as a kid was Stan Lee. I read comic books non-stop. I was a huge comic book collector as a kid. Marvel comics in particular. And I got excited when I got the opportunity to direct Guardians of the Galaxy, being a lifelong comic book fan,” James said.

Asked what was his favorite scene in the movie, James said that he liked the scene between Gamora (Zoe Saldana) and Peter Quill (Cris Pratt) at a balcony, which he said felt very real and natural.
