WATCH: Ian McKellen as 93-year old Sherlock in new ‘Mr Holmes’ clip

MANILA, Philippines – Sherlock Holmes solves one more mystery in this new clip released by Sir Ian McKellen himself on Twitter.

In the clip, he discussed memories of his past self while walking with the housekeeper’s son Roger.

The actor plays 93-year old Sherlock Holmes, who works on a final case in the upcoming film Mr Holmes, directed by Bill Condon. 

In this version, John Watson is not in the picture, and Sherlock must attempt to solve the greatest – and final – mystery of his career alone, with nothing but a fading memory and a now-defunct deductive prowess.

Ian recently reprised his role as Magneto in X-Men: Days of Future Past, the sequel to X-Men: First Class. – Rappler.com
