Filipino films ‘Alter Me’ and ‘Finding Agnes’ set to premiere on Netflix in November

'Alter Me' stars Jasmine Curtis-Smith and Enchong Dee, while 'Finding Agnes' stars Sue Ramirez and Jelson Bay

Netflix is continuing to add to their stable of Filipino content, with two new original films set to premiere in November.

Alter Me, starring Jasmine Curtis-Smith and Enchong Dee will be premiering on November 15. The romance follows an HR manager (Jasmine), who asks for guidance from a male escort (Enchong) to help her better connect with people.

The film was directed by RC Delos Reyes, written by Danno Christopher Mariquit, and produced by Viva Films and Ten17P.

Meanwhile, Finding Agnes, starring Sue Ramirez and Jelson Bay, is also coming to the streaming platform. The film tells the story of a successful entrepreneur (Jelson) who goes to Morocco to piece together the turbulent life of his estranged mother, and meets her adopted daughter (Sue) along the way.

Directed by Marla Ancheta, the film is set to premiere on Netflix on November 30.

Alter Me and Finding Agnes follow Hayop Ka! The Nimfa Dimaano Story, the first animated Filipino Netflix original, which is set to premiere on the platform on October 29. – Rappler.com
