MANILA, Philippines – The film Plan 75 imagines a time when Japan implements a government program, Plan 75, that encourages its elderly folks to be euthanized to remedy an aged society.
This very interesting film is screening at this year’s QCinema International Film Festival, after having screened at this year’s Cannes under the Un Certain Regard section.
