FULL LIST: Winners, 2020 FAMAS Awards

Aswang, a documentary that tracks the first 3 years of President Rodrigo Duterte’s “drug war” won Best Picture at the FAMAS Digital awards, broadcast via iFlix on Sunday, December 20.

Aside from Best Picture, Aswang won Best Documentary, Best Editing, and Best Cinematography (tied with Babae at Baril).

Best Actress was awarded to Janine Gutierrez for the movie Babae at Baril, while Elijah Canlas and Kristoffer King were tied for Best Actor for their roles in Kalel, 15 and Verdict, respectfully.

Raymund Ribay Gutierrez won Best Director for Verdict.

Like most entertainment awards here and abroad, the FAMAS awards went online due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Christian Bables and Jasmine Curtis-Smith hosted the show, which was recorded at the Seda Vertis North.
