On the Job: The Missing 8 is set to have its world premiere soon, and ahead of it director Erik Matti shared a trailer for the film on Facebook on Friday, September 3.
In the trailer, we see John Arcilla as the veteran journalist investigating several disappearances being linked to the government. We also see Dennis Trillo, playing an inmate who is hired as a hitman.
The trailer also gives us a glimpse of the other characters, played by Lotlot de Leon, Dante Rivero, Christopher de Leon, Agot Isidro, and Leo Martinez.
The film is a sequel to Matti’s 2013 film On The Job, which starred Gerald Anderson and Joel Torre.
As Matti shared, On The Job: The Missing 8 will have its world premiere at the Venice International Film Festival on September 10. It will also be released on HBO Go on September 12, as part of a series. – Rappler.com
