Netflix's The Kissing Booth 3 is set for August 11 this year, the streaming giant announced on Wednesday, April 28.
The 3rd film of the hit rom-com trilogy will follow lead character Elle’s (Joey King) as she decides on whether to attend UC Berkeley with her best friend Lee (Joel Courtney), or pursue Harvard with Noah (Jacob Elordi).
The movie will be directed by Vince Marcello, who also wrote and directed the first two films.
The first film introduced Elle, who breaks their "friendship rule" on dating each other's relatives when she pursues his older brother Noah. It premiered on May 11, 2018.
The sequel followed Elle and Noah's long distance relationship as he goes to Harvard for college and Elle stays in Los Angeles during her senior year. The movie premiered on July 24. – with reports from Andrea Tibayan/Rappler.com
