Former Westlife singer Shane Filan will return to Manila for a concert

MANILA, Philippines – Former Westlife singer Shane Filan is returning to the Philipines for the second time this year. Shane will perform at the Kia Theatre as part of his My Love Always tour on September 15.

On Instagram, Shane wrote: “So excited to be bringing my Love Always tour to Manila on Sept 15.”

Known for singing hits such as “Swear It Again,” “If I Let You Go,” among others, Shane will be also be performing songs from his album Love Always. The deluxe edition of the album has two new songs included.

In a press release, Shane said of the two new songs: “There will also be two new songs which I wrote before Christmas and I am so proud of them. ‘Back To You’ is the new single and a song I am very close to. The track is about being on the road the whole time and being separated from those you love. You do it because it’s part of the job but you realize how much you miss the family.”

This will be the third time for Shane to visit the Philippines as a solo performer. He previously performed in 2014 and promoted his album last February. – Rappler.com
