Alexa Ilacad released her newest single, “Stay Right Here,” on April 30, Friday.
The 21-year old singer-actress described the track as an “ode to human vulnerability, passion, and a keen longing to be loved or give love.”
Alexa said that this new single is a way to explore as a musician. “This sophisticated track puts my musicality in a different light as I explore a totally new sound with my vocals and continue to grow as an artist,” she said.
The singer also hoped her fans would enjoy her newest track. “I hope that by listening to the music, it seduces you into forgetting about our new, repetitive cycle, and instead, entice you to feel liberated by setting our bodies free at home,” she said.
Alexa rose to fame as part of ABS-CBN shows Goin’ Bulilit and The Killer Bride. She recently starred in Four Sisters Before the Wedding. Alexa debuted as a singer with the album To The Moon and Back in 2016. - Rappler.com
