MANILA, Philippines – British band The 1975 hit up Manila for the second time in the Mall of Asia Arena on January 24, 2015.

Known for their unique style, The 1975 performed songs from their self-titled album The 1975. Singles like “Robbers,” “Medicine,” and “The City” were among those played, but of course their signature “Chocolate” was also in the mix.

In an interview with Rappler, frontman Matt Healy said he couldn’t wait to return to Manila for a second time. 

“It was insane. There were thousands of people. We were there for such a short period of time. I can remember everyone just screaming a lot. There was a lot of screaming. But I loved it. I can’t wait to come back,” he shared.

This concert was The 1975’s first time to play at the Arena. When they first came to the Philippines, they played a series of concerts at the Ayala Malls. – Rappler.com
