WATCH: New teaser for ‘BLACKPINK: The Movie’

A new teaser for the much-awaited BLACKPINK: The Movie was released by YG Entertainment on Wednesday, July 28.

The teaser shows old clips of the group’s performances projected on ScreenX technology.

It’s the latest teaser to give a glimpse of the upcoming film, which will feature five songs from BLACKPINK’s virtual concert The Show, and their In Your Area world tour.

The film will also include a sequence called “Unreleased Special Interview,” as well as segments focusing on the girls’ personalities, and their recollections of their five-year history as a group.

BLACKPINK: The Movie will be released on August 4 in more than 100 countries around the world.

BLACKPINK is made up of Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa. They debuted on August 8, 2016, releasing their single album Square One which included singles “Boombayah” and “Whistle.” They released their first Korean studio album, The Album, in October 2020. – Rappler.com
