WATCH: Vic Sotto confirms engagement to Pauleen Luna
Vic says he will reveal other details at the right time

MANILA, Philippines  (UPDATED) – Eat Bulaga host and actor Vic Sotto and actress-TV host Pauleen Luna are engaged.

Vic personally confirmed the news in an interview with reporters Wednesday, September 2 during an event for CitiGlobal Realty and Development, Inc, for which he serves as the endorser.

“Yes we are [engaged],” Vic said. “Hindi ko naman puwede i-deny iyon. (I will not deny that) But the details, iyon ang sa tamang panahon (it will come in the right time),” he teased, referring to the famous line by Lola Nidora in Eat Bulaga‘s Kalyeserye.

Hindi naman ako yung tipong magdedeny. Sabi ko naman sa inyo kung meron dapat aminin, aaminin.”

(I am not the type of person to deny. Like I said, if there is something to admit, I will do so.)

According to Vic, he and Pauleen will share the details very soon. Pauleen left today for the US to attend another wedding.

After Vic’s confirmation, Pauleen posted  on Instagram a photo of the engagement ring with a short message.

In God’s perfect time.
