KC Concepcion, Piolo Pascual on good terms years after breakup

MANILA, Philippines – After their controversial breakup in 2011, all seems well between former couple KC Concepcion and Piolo Pascual. (READ: 9 PH celebrity breakups: Where are they now?)

KC posted a picture of her and Piolo on Twitter.  One of her followers asked if she and Piolo are now okay with each other. She said yes.

The two were among the celebrities who flew to London for ASAP 20 Live‘s special show at Wembley Arena last week.

Last June, KC was asked by one of her followers if she and Piolo are talking ot each other again. KC said that they were civil.

In a 2011 interview on The Buzz, KC said that she and Piolo separated because he did not fulfill what she was looking for in a relationship.

“May mga hinahanap ako na basic lang na hahanapin ng isang babae sa isang boyfriend, sa isang lalaki. Ayoko na siguro pumunta sa details…kasi ayokong siraan siya.”

(I was looking for the basics that a woman wants from a boyfriend, from a guy. I don’t want to disclose the details…because I don’t want to destroy his reputation.)

The interview caused much speculaton.  In 2014, Piolo briefly addressed the issue for the very first time in a E! documentary special.

“I still love her, you know, with all my heart, but it’s just something that she did that I wish she didn’t do,” he said.

In an interview last August, Piolo said that he is very cautious about entering a relationship, saying when it happens for him, he will go for it. – Rappler.com
