MANILA, Philippines – Alden Richards’ music video for “Wish I May’ has been posted online. The song is the carrier single of Alden’s album under GMA Records.

On Saturday, October 17, Alden became emotional during his album launch at SM North Edsa. He acknowledged his family especially his late mother for all the blessings he’s been receiving.

“Love na love ko lahat [ng family ko],” Alden said as he tried to hold his tears. “Ma, I hope you’re happy. Lord thank you much.”

He also gave a a shoutout to the fans especially the supporters of his tandem with Maine “Yaya Dub” Mendoza.

Aside from “Wish I May,” Alden’s 5-track album includes his version of Bryan White’s “God Gave Me You,” and a cover of Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud.”

Alden is set to unite with Yaya Dub and the AlDub Nation fans on Saturday, October 24 for Eat Bulaga‘s Tamang Panahon event at the Philippine Arena.– Rappler.com
