WATCH: Teaser for Adele’s first live performance of ‘Hello’

MANILA, Philippines – Exciting news Adele fans! The singer sang her hit new single “Hello” live for the first time. The full version isn’t available yet, but fans can see a teaser for the big event. 

Adele’s powerful live performance for BBC Music is also her first since the 2013 Academy Awards, where she sang the James Bond theme “Skyfall.”

The singer also gave BBC Music an interview, as seen in the video above. Adele said that she wasn’t sure if she wanted to go back to music again after she had her baby, Angelo, with her boyfriend Simon Koncecki.

“It was that thing of, do I or don’t I want to go back to my music. Obviously I do, and I just wanted to make sure that everything was in place for me to do it so I could do it properly,” Adele told Graham Norton. “I can’t do anything else, it’s all that I like doing.”

The full interview and performance has yet to air, but a different video of Adele singing at the 2015 NRJ Music Awards in France has also surfaced:

Adele’s “Hello,” the first single released from her new album 25, has been very well-received by fans, mashed-up with Lionel Richie’s song of the same title, and spoofed by comedians like Ellen DeGeneres.
