Paulina Luz Sotto, Jed Salgado Llanes are engaged

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – On Instagram on Thursday, February 25, Paulina Luz Sotto, 24, announced that she’s engaged to her boyfriend, Jed Salgado Llanes, 25.

Paulina, is the daughter of comedian Vic Sotto with Angela Luz, and the granddaughter of Philippine National Artist Arturo Luz. (IN PHOTOS: Vic Sotto, Pauleen Luna’s wedding)

Paulina posted a photo of her ring with the caption: “Before I met [Jed Llanes], I really thought this wasn’t going to happen for me. I love you babe and I can’t wait to marry you. #YES.”

Angela posted a photo of herself with her daughter, saying that Paulina is now engaged and congratulating her. “Thank you to [Jed Llanes] for everything you’ve done, and for making my daughter very happy,” she added.

News of Paulina’s engagement comes weeks after the wedding of Vic to actress Pauleen Luna.

Pauleen posted photos of the newly engaged couple as well, together with herself, Vic, and Angela, but her Instagram account is set to private.
