On September 18, Angela went onstage as composer Alan Menken played the song “Beauty and the Beast,” following a series of Disney songs he also played. Angela even recited the line from the movie, “Run along and get into the cupboard, Chip.”

The voices behind the film – Paige O’Hara (Belle), Robby Benson (The Beast), and Richard White (Gaston) were also present during the special screening.

Prior to Angela’s performance, the cast members took the time to answer questions from the audience, remembering times from when they were doing the film.

The song “Beauty and the Beast” from the 1991 film has received awards since the movie’s release, including an Oscar for Best Original Song.

A live adaptation of the movie is scheduled for release on March 2017, starring Emma Watson as Belle, Sir Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, Emma Thompson as Mrs Potts, Ewan McGregor as Lumiere, Dan Stevens as the Beast, and Luke Evans as Gaston. – Rappler.com
